§    Built schedule using Microsoft project from client schedule, incorporating into Primavera 6.2 from initiate to closeout.

The offshore terminal will collect gas from offshore fields and transport up to 2.3 Bcf/d of natural gas to the Olokola LNG plant

§    Prepared and maintained Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Schedule as well as Level 3 fully logic-driven resource-loaded schedules.

§    Conducted and produced weekly schedule meetings, narratives and analysis as a scheduler as required by clients.

§    Created and maintained Earned Value spread sheets for each work site and client.

§    Implemented planning schedule actions arising from the impact of risks identified during risk assessments for deliverables, and project milestones using Primavera.

The Phase III expansion – Elba Expansion Project

This will add 8.4 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of LNG storage, which will more than double Elba's storage capacity to 15.7 Bcf.  The expansion will also add .9Bcf per day (Bcf/d) of send-out capacity, raising Elba's capacity to 2.1

Bcf/d.

§    Developed, maintained and controlled a resource-loaded schedule for various capital projects and maintenance projects using Primavera P3 software.

§    Liaised with various departments including engineering and procurement in coordinating work sequences within the integrated project plans.

§    Performed sub-sea scheduling on offshore installations such as FPSO, FSO conventional and horizontal Christmas trees, coordinated and followed-up with contractors on offshore/onshore projects to ensure timely completions, achievements of project objectives and adherence to budget.

§    Monitored progress against baseline during the project life-cycle.
